Understand the wound. Question the old rules.

21-Day Chiron Journey

21 days to understand how an old wound is still shaping your life, and begin making choices based on who you are now, not what hurt you then.

One thoughtful email each day to understand the patterns midlife is bringing to the surface.

The 21-Day Chiron Journey will reopen in January 2027.

THIS JOURNEY IS FOR YOU IF...

Midlife has made things harder to ignore.

  • You're questioning relationships that used to work.

  • Tired of being the capable one.

  • Setting boundaries — but struggling with the guilt that comes afterward.

  • Maybe you're angry about things you spent years convincing yourself were fine.

  • You have a life you're genuinely grateful for, but still find yourself wondering:

Does all of this still fit me?

The 21-Day Chiron Journey is for the woman who's ready to understand why certain patterns keep repeating, and what becomes possible when they stop automatically making her decisions.

Over 21 days, you'll begin to:

  • Recognize the old wound beneath some of your most persistent patterns.

  • Question the roles, rules, and expectations you may have outgrown.

  • Notice where you're still managing everyone else's comfort at the expense of your own.

  • Understand the difference between who you are and who you learned you needed to be.

  • Get curious about what YOU actually want now.

Chiron gives us the framework, but you don't need to be an astrology expert. Knowing your Chiron sign and house simply adds another layer of context to the Journey. If you don't know yours yet, the free Midlife Ascension Map will show you how to find and understand your placement.

WHAT IT IS:

21 DAYS. THREE MOVEMENTS. ONE QUESTION: What gets to choose what happens next?

Over 21 days, we'll move through three stages together:

WEEK 1 — SEE IT

Recognize the wound, the patterns around it, the armor you've developed, and some of the rules you learned along the way.

WEEK 2 — QUESTION IT

Examine inherited stories, capability, vigilance, anger, grief, boundaries, and the places you've learned to leave yourself out of the equation.

WEEK 3 — CHOOSE AGAIN

Begin separating who you are now from who you once needed to be. Listen to your body. Tell yourself the truth. Reconnect with desire. And practice making choices from the woman you are today.

Every day, you'll receive a beautifully written email with a short lesson, something to notice, a reflection prompt or practice, and one idea to carry with you.

No Zoom calls. No homework to turn in. No requirement to “heal” correctly.

Just a few minutes each day to pay attention to yourself differently.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT HEALING YOUR CHIRON WOUND IN 21 DAYS.

It's about learning to recognize what's happening while it's happening.

THE WOUND
Where certain sensitivities and repeating patterns may begin.

THE ARMOR
What you learned to do to protect yourself.

THE OLD RULES
What you learned about love, worth, belonging, responsibility and who you were supposed to be.

THE PATTERN
What happens when those old rules start making present-day decisions.

THE CHOICE
The moment you can finally ask:

What does the woman I am now want to do?

You may still people-please. You may still overthink. You may still pick up something that isn't yours.

The difference is that increasingly, you'll know when you're doing it.

And once you can see the pattern, you have something you didn't have before: choice.

  • “A strength is something you can use. Armor is something you don't feel safe taking off.”

  • “Someone else's disappointment is not an emergency I have to solve.”

  • “Changing doesn't make the earlier choice a mistake.”

  • “I don't have to stay perfectly connected to myself. I just need to know the way back.”

  • “My wound is part of my story. It doesn't get to write the rest of it.”

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BECOME SOMEONE ELSE.

This chapter isn't asking you to reinvent yourself. It’s asking you to notice what you've outgrown.

  • The rules that don't fit.

  • The things you've carried simply because you could.

  • The truths you've known but weren't ready to say out loud.

  • The desires you dismissed before they had a chance to finish the sentence.

The wound may still be part of your story. It just doesn't get to write the rest of it.

For 21 days, come sit with yourself.

See the pattern. Question the old rules.

And begin choosing from the woman you are NOW.
